Zydeco music is the French Creole music of Louisiana. It is often performed with an accordian, frottoir or rubboard, drums and occassionally saxaphone. It tends to be more upbeat than Cajun music. Cajun music will be more of a "folk" sound. Cajun music uses a diatonic accordian, fiddle or violin, and sometimes a T'fer or triangle, drums, accoustic guitar and bass guitar.
