Clarence's top 40 zydeco songs music list This is Clarence's list of the top 40 Zydeco songs and zydeco music. This list is being compiled by Clarence, a cajun DJ in Baton Rouge. Disclaimer: This list may not reflect actual amount of air play that a song gets, the amount of sales that a song generates, or by the ratings given by other organizations. This list is being composed from my experience of being a D.J. for a cajun radio show for many years. As a Cajun who has followed the music from my teenage years, I hope that this will provide newcomers to the Cajun and Zydeco scene with a starting point for searching out recordings. For this list, I solicit input from other D.J.'s, radio stations, organizations, promoters, bands and individuals.
